ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Ho Chi Minh

YOUR ROLE
A. Main Objective:

To ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships, effectively manage projects and campaigns from planning to execution, aiming to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth for the company.

B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Service:

    - Focus on researching markets and competitors to provide optimal Digital solutions aligned with client business goals.
    - Act as the primary contact point, directly managing requests and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
    - Collaborate on defining KPIs, delivering periodic reports, and presenting campaign performance in a clear and compelling manner.
    - Keenly seek opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional agency services based on evolving client needs.
2. Project Management:
    - Responsible for writing briefs, developing proposals, and establishing detailed project timelines.
    - Schedule task, monitor project progress and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables and detect delays/problems in the project and tackle them to ensure efficient project execution.
    - Work closely with Creative, Production, and Technical teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
    - Organize regular project status update meetings with both external and internal teams to keep everyone synced and well-informed.
    - Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines.
    - Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback from clients and internal teams, identifying areas for improvement and defining best practices for future campaigns.
3. Paperwork (5%):
    - Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, and performance summaries to clients and internal stakeholders.
    - Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation for client engagements.
    - Ensure all project-related paperwork, including contracts and invoices, is filed and managed appropriately.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- University/College graduate, Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
- A minimum of 1-2 year of professional experience as an Account Executive in a digital agency.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and result-oriented
- Able to work independently, self-learning and work under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
- Strategic thinking, analytical and listening skills.
- Proficiency in project management techniques, tools, and methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
- Excellent documentation skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

TIME & LOCATION
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday (Saturday is flexible: Work can be conducted either online or on-site, depending on the actual volume and nature of the workload).
- Workplace: 207/7 Nguyen Van Thu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
