JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Job Type: Full time, permanent.
- Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday (Working hours)
- Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 5,000
- Location: Kuala Lumpur
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Products Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of our products throughout the supply chain from our partner’s frontliners, from design and specification to development together with Vietnam team and local partners. By leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will ensure product quality, optimize performance, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Product Evaluation & Enhancement.
- Assess the technical specifications of products and onsite surveys with local SMEs, utilizing your knowledge to ensure they meet our quality and performance standards. This includes studying datasheets, conducting technical analyses, and evaluating potential risks.
- Collaborate with the local team and partner from onboarding to activating and increasing usage for all type of users and evaluate potential and existing users to help increase activation on our product as well.
- Work closely with Vietnam team and local partner to ensure products adhere to technical specifications throughout the development process. Address any arising technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Quality Assurance & Documentation:
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance processes in collaboration with internal teams. This includes establishing inspection procedures and quality control measures to ensure product/process consistency and reliability throughout the deployment to end-users.
- Collaborate with partner and SMEs to share knowledge, explore innovative solutions, and contribute to the product’s enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Analyze existing products and operations to identify potential improvements and develop strategies for optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Continuously research and implement best practices in product development, quality management, and deployment optimization.
Project Management
- Project planning and tasks scheduling
- Progress monitoring and reporting
- Direct, measure, and report progress towards project goals with all teams
- Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordinating with various parties (internal & external)
- Assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within resource/budget.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a customer service related role.
- Extremely determined to solve customer’s problems accompanied by a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Highly curious in asking the right questions to get to the root cause of an issue.
- Able to pick up technical concepts and information, quickly.
- Responsive to feedback and apply it immediately.
- Able to multitask and switch between tools, effortlessly.
- Resourcefulness in finding solutions when things are unclear.
- Able to work on public holidays, weekends and on shift rotations (am/pm).
- Applicant must be eligible to work in Malaysia legally.
