E-Commerce Lead
Ho Chi Minh

YOUR ROLE
A. Main Objective:

Responsible for managing, operating, and driving the growth of the company's E-Commerce channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Website, etc.), ensuring sales targets are achieved while optimizing operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance. This role also leads and coordinates the team, collaborates across functions, and continuously improves business performance through data-driven insights and market intelligence.

B. Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Operations Management:

  - Manage and operate E-Commerce channels, ensuring stores run smoothly, comply with brand standards and platform policies, and achieve business objectives.
  - Monitor operational performance, resolve issues promptly, and ensure seamless sales operations across all channels.
2. Sales Growth & Commercial Performance:
  - Monitor and drive key business metrics including Sales, GMV, Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS, and other operational KPIs.
  - Recommend and implement business optimization initiatives based on performance data and growth objectives.
3. Campaign & Promotion Management:
  - Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional programs, and revenue-driving activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  - Develop and optimize pricing strategies, vouchers, bundle deals, and promotional mechanics tailored to each platform.
4. Advertising, Traffic & Store Content Management:
  - Monitor and optimize advertising performance, traffic acquisition, ad spending, and campaign effectiveness against KPIs.
  - Manage and optimize product listings, images, storefronts, banners, SEO, and overall store presentation to improve conversion rates.
5. Category Management & Data Analysis:
  - Monitor category performance, pricing, margins, inventory levels, SKU performance, and product life cycles; recommend strategies aligned with business objectives.
  - Analyze operational and business data, prepare reports, identify insights, and uncover growth opportunities.
6. Customer Experience & Operational Excellence:
  - Monitor and improve customer experience and operational quality metrics, including ratings, reviews, fulfillment performance, return/refund rates, and customer satisfaction.
7. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
  - Lead, coach, and monitor the E-Commerce team to ensure timely execution and operational excellence.
  - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Performance, Design, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure business effectiveness.
8. Market Monitoring & Process Improvement:
  - Monitor market trends, competitors, platform updates, and customer behavior to recommend strategies that improve business performance.
  - Contribute to the development, standardization, and optimization of operational processes, workflows, reporting systems, and SOPs.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in E-Commerce; prior experience as a Senior Executive, Team Lead, or E-Commerce Lead is preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing and operating E-Commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Websites, or similar marketplace ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of commercial planning, promotion strategies, pricing, sales funnels, customer journeys, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization within E-Commerce environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with dashboards, reporting tools, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong project management, team coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Consumer Goods, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to work with business documents, reports, and E-Commerce platforms in English.

- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday.
