Account Manager
Ho Chi Minh

OUR ROLE
A. Main Objective:

Managing agency clients with a strong passion for Digital Marketing, E-commerce, KOL/Influencer Marketing, and Social Commerce; experienced in client management, project management, and team leadership, with a meticulous and sharp eye for project execution.

B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client & Relationship Management:
    - Act as the point of contact for clients for digital & Social management matters.
    - Understand client brand, tone, business goals, and target audience.
    - Translate client briefs into actionable campaign strategies, focused on digital strategy.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication, strategic consultation, and performance reporting.
    - Manage client expectations, proactively resolve complaints and conflicts, and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
2. Project & Operation Management:
    - Own end-to-end campaign operations from briefing through execution to wrap-up with cross-functional team (Planning, Content Creative, Operations).
    - Coordinate internal resources to meet deadlines and ensure output is on-brand, on-brief, and on-budget.
    - Establish and manage internal documentation, project timelines, and performance dashboards to ensure visibility, enabling stakeholders to track progress easily and maintain strategic alignment.
    - Monitor campaign health in real time; identify risks early and adjust execution accordingly.
    - Lead all project meetings and post-mortem reviews with internal teams to continuously optimize processes and address performance gaps throughout the project lifecycle.
    - TSet up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
3. Business Growth & Team Development:
    - Approach, assess, and identify new growth opportunities with existing and potential customers.
    - Developing team members qualified for company business needs such as assigning jobs, managing team workload and performance, giving feedback to team members in a timely manner periodically.
    - Understand and support members to perform according to account management KPI set & annual target.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- University graduate majoring in Advertising/ Marketing/ Digital/ Communication or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, including the ability to find creative solutions to complex issues.
- High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to details.
- Excellent communicating, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with different departments.
- Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.

TIME & LOCATION
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Saturday (Saturday is flexible: Work can be conducted either online or on-site, depending on the actual volume and nature of the workload).
- Workplace: 207/7 Nguyen Van Thu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
