BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Be the Prime Commerce’s ambassador in Malaysia Market. 
  • Create and build sustainable business pipelines with prospects and customers by providing them with a good service experience. This is a hunter role. 
  • Proactively identify, contact and cultivate new & existing business opportunities using a combination of cold calling, emailing, OTT chat(WA) and social media tools 
  • Be accountable to goals of qualified meetings, opportunities and revenue. 
  • Achieve prospecting metrics, key performance indicators as defined for the role and department 
  • Build relationships with prospective clients& maintain consistent contact with existing clients to up sell & cross sell Prime Commerce’s services. 
  • Manage sales pipeline and coordinating with internal & external teams to ensure quality of project. 
  • Analyse market and establish competitive advantages 
  • Track business metrics to ensure targets are hit 
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in technical sales environment, e-commerce, or start-ups predominantly in a Saas Platform environment 
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success 
  • Passionate about the marketing & technology industries with a desire to grow the best local and international agency in ASIA. 
  • Go-getter personality 
  • Being able to work overtime (depends on project) 
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Proven track record achieving and exceeding sales targets & project quality while working independently 
  • Willingness to be creative and try new prospecting strategies 
  • Familiar with project management and all MS Office application software.
