1. RESPONSIBILITIES

When collecting consumers’ personal information, Prime Commerce shall comply with Decree No. 72/2013/ND-CP and relevant personal information protection regulations. Prime Commerce is responsible for securing collected and stored information and preventing unauthorized theft, access, use, modification, or destruction.

Customer personal information confidentiality commitment

  • Information on primecommerce.asia is kept strictly confidential and collected or used only with customer consent unless otherwise required by law.
  • Prime Commerce does not use, transfer, provide, or disclose personal information to third parties without permitted consent.
  • If a server attack causes loss of personal data, Prime Commerce will notify investigating authorities and affected customers.
  • Online transaction information, including digitalized accounting invoices, is strictly protected in Prime Commerce’s level-1 secure central data area.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal information and remain legally responsible for it. Prime Commerce is not responsible for complaints arising from inaccurate registration data.

Scope of information usage

Information is used solely for selling goods and services and only for notified purposes, except when required to fulfill legal obligations. Sharing, disclosure, or transfer to a third party occurs only as legally permitted or with customer consent.

Prime Commerce cooperates with lawful requests from the Procuracy, courts, and police investigative agencies. Otherwise, no person may infringe customer information.

Information retention period

Personal data is stored until cancellation is requested or completed by the Customer. Otherwise, it remains strictly confidential on Prime Commerce’s servers.

Persons authorized to access personal information

Access is limited to Prime Commerce management and departments supporting or performing customer contracts, except where disclosure is lawfully requested by competent judicial authorities.

Methods and tools for customers to access and edit information

  • Customers may check, update, adjust, or delete information by logging into their account on primecommerce.asia and selecting “Personal Information”.
  • Personal information is clearly displayed before or at collection.
  • The personal information protection policy is publicly available in a prominent location on primecommerce.asia.

2. CHECKING, UPDATING, AND ADJUSTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • Customers may request Prime Commerce to check, update, adjust, or delete their personal information.
  • Prime Commerce shall verify, update, correct, or delete information upon request, or provide tools for customers to do so themselves. Customers may manage information by logging in and using administrative features. Prime Commerce is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of information uploaded by customers.
