YOUR ROLE
A. Main Objective:
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, from data processing and model development to system integration, to solve real-world problems in business operations, automation, and content creation. Act as a bridge between AI technology and business needs, ensuring solutions are stable, efficient, and scalable in real-world environments.

B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Data management & pipeline:
    – Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cameras, logs…).
    – Build data pipelines (ETL, feature engineering) for training and inference.
    – Manage datasets, versioning, and ensure data quality and security.
2. AI model development:
    – Build, train, and optimize AI/ML/DL models.
    – Develop solutions in Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI.
    – Fine-tune models for specific datasets and use cases.
    – Evaluate model performance and continuously improve results.
3. AI application development & integration:
    – Deploy AI models via APIs, microservices, or batch processing.
    – Develop applications using LLMs and open-source models (RAG, fine-tuning).
    – Build AI agents and prompt chaining workflows to automate tasks.
    – Integrate AI into existing systems (CRM, CMS, internal workflows, IoT…).
    – Deploy systems using Docker, Cloud, or other suitable platforms.
4. Optimization & system monitoring:
    – Monitor and evaluate performance (accuracy, latency, cost).
    – Optimize processing speed, real-time capabilities, and operational cost.
    – Set up monitoring, logging, alerting, and ensure system stability.
    – Maintain and update systems based on feedback and technological changes.
5. Applied AI (GenAI & automation):
    – Apply Generative AI for content creation (text, image, video).
    – Build automation workflows (AI agents, prompt workflows).
    – Optimize outputs based on data and user insights.
6. Solution consulting & design:
    – Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Content teams to analyze problems and define AI use cases.
    – Design end-to-end AI system architecture.
    – Propose solutions aligned with business goals.
    – Evaluate feasibility and ROI of AI solutions.
    – Support internal training on AI applications.
7. Research & innovation:
    – Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.
    – Experiment with and evaluate AI tools and models.
    – Write technical documentation and internal guidelines.
    – Propose innovative AI-driven ideas.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
– Ability to use English for work (reading technical documents, writing, basic communication).
– 2–5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI, preferably with real-world product deployment experience.
– Proficient in Python; knowledge of JavaScript/NodeJS is a plus.
– Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate…).
– Experience working with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models.
– Experience in data processing, pipeline building, and AI model development.
– Experience deploying models via APIs/microservices in production environments.
– Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
– Understanding of MLOps (MLflow, Airflow, ML CI/CD).
– Experience in Computer Vision or NLP.
– Experience with automation workflows, AI agents, or tools like n8n, Make, LangChain, LlamaIndex is a plus.
– Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Strong system thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
– Solid understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
