HR & AD Intern
Ho Chi Minh

YOUR ROLE
A. Main Objective:
  To support the effective implementation of internal communications and company events to enhance employee engagement and corporate culture, while ensuring that legal documents and contracts are accurately reviewed and fully compliant with applicable laws and internal regulations.

B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal & Contract Management
    - Assist in drafting, reviewing, and standardizing labor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents related to the company’s business operations
    - Examine legal validity, consistency, and clarity of contractual terms; identify and propose adjustments for potential legal risks
    - Cross-check documents against the Labor Code, Enterprise Law, and other relevant Vietnamese regulations
    - Monitor contract validity, amendments, and manage the contract database systematically
    - Participate in developing and updating contract templates, signing procedures, and legal documentation processes
    - Support internal compliance control during business operations
    - Coordinate with departments to ensure complete and compliant legal documentation, ready for inspection when required
2. Internal Communications & Company Events
    - Support the implementation of internal communication activities (announcements, newsletters, company updates, etc.)
    - Assist in managing and developing the company’s brand presence across communication channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
    - Collaborate in developing content for internal activities
    - Support the organization of internal events, employee engagement programs, and corporate culture initiatives
    - Track implementation progress and prepare post-event reports
    - Assist in maintaining and organizing internal communication materials and media assets
3. Administrative & Operational Support
    - Review, update, and distribute company policies in digital or printed formats
    - Manage and organize internal records in accordance with regulations
    - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student majoring in Law
- Basic understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law and contract structure
- No prior experience required (internship experience is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and careful in handling legal documents
- Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently

TIME & LOCATION
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday (Saturday is flexible: Work can be conducted either online or on-site, depending on the actual volume and nature of the workload).
- Workplace: 207/7 Nguyen Van Thu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
