JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategies for achieving the company’s overall goals and vision.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance product offerings and services based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships and enhance business prospects.
- Assist in the preparation of compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to attract potential clients and secure new projects.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Monitor and report on the progress of business development initiatives, presenting regular updates to senior management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, product development, sales, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, process and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Able to work on public holidays, weekends and overtime due to projects & clients’ request.
- Applicant must be eligible to work in Malaysia legally.
