DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the point of contact for clients for digital & Social management matters.Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships, and maintain frequent contact.
- Hunt, assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective clients.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
- Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital & Social campaigns.
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership skills to delegate tasks and provide guidance to help employees deliver exceptional work to clients
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues clients may be facing
- Industry knowledge to implement and oversee compelling campaigns relevant to the industry and its audience
- Develop, execute, manage and on-going optimize business plan to grow MoM & YoY of team revenue.
- Collaborate with and steer external agencies as well as other service providers to execute e-commerce strategy to achieve market share, profit and brand equity targets
- Always work towards those goals.
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
- Keep abreast of new trends in digital & ecommerce technology
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Friendly and Optimistic
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets
- High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in working with different departments
- Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- BA in Marketing or similar relevant field.
